Pine House

"The interior project began before the full-scale invasion in 2022. We developed the visualizations, selected materials and furniture, and started construction. 2022 put everything on hold, but when Bucha found its stability once more, we returned to work to make the owners' dream come true."

The design naturally connects with its surroundings - the house looks out onto a pine forest, and the studio brought those natural elements inside. Warm ochre tones and natural wood textures form the foundation, softly contrasted with milky and sandy shades.

We spent some time figuring out the right style direction, but eventually found the perfect balance between very refined aesthetics and the true feel of a countryside house that helps the owners to ground and find peace," comments Olga.

"We gravitated toward materials that felt authentic: wood, stone, and metal with warm brass undertones. This helped create an interior that feels like an extension of the surrounding landscape."

The furniture collection, from bed frames to consoles, is a testament to Ukrainian craftsmanship. The pieces are mostly bespoke and were made by local artisans based on designs the studio developed itself. Select Scandinavian lighting and furniture pieces, each chosen to transcend passing trends, became the final touch of the interior, addin special refinement and elegance.

This project means more than just design to me. It's about finding beauty even in challenging times. After everything, we created a place where the owners truly feel at home."

"It reminded me that real warmth isn't about design techniques or material combinations. It comes from choosing objects and details that speak to your heart and the emotion you put into them."
